Coating Services

With over 30 years of process knowledge and coating design experience from the University of Rochester, Dr. Oliver decided to bring coating in-house to Vacuum Innovations. We are now able to develop and produce custom precision optical coatings using electron-beam deposition. Our current size capacity ranges from 3mm – 24” optics, which is continuing to grow per customer need. We are known for our experience with steeply curved and large aperture optics for high-intensity laser systems such as Omega, NIF, Laser MegaJoule, Omega EP, and Z-Beamlet.
